Help and support

One place for sign-in, billing, report, and status help.

Use this page when you are blocked and do not want to guess whether the next step is account, billing, contact, refund policy, or status. It is the support hub that ties the public pages together.

Support paths

Guided path

Sign-in and access

Paid access supports Google sign-in and email magic links. If either flow fails, or if your magic link does not arrive, check the spam folder first and then retry with the same purchase email from sign-in or pricing.

Guided path

Billing, receipts, and refunds

Use the billing center for portal access and plan state. Paddle remains the merchant of record for invoices, tax handling, receipts, and subscription management.

Guided path

Report questions and missing detail

If a report looks incomplete, start by reopening the saved report or rerunning the audit. Use the sample report and features page to confirm whether the missing detail is part of the paid surface or outside scope.

Guided path

Service issues and incident checks

Treat the status page as the public source for auth, billing, and pipeline problems. If checkout or access is degraded, check status first so support does not need to restate an active incident by hand.

What support needs

Send context, not guesswork

1. The email address tied to the account or purchase.

2. The audit URL or domain if the issue is report-related.

3. The approximate time the issue happened.

4. Whether the blocker is sign-in, billing, export access, or report accuracy.

Support channels

FAQ is for general questions. Help is for blocked flows.

Use the FAQ for product, refund, and scope questions that apply to everyone.

Use this help hub and the contact page when the issue is tied to your account, billing state, Google sign-in, magic link, or a broken flow.

There is no live chat in v1. Account-specific issues go through the contact form or the support inbox so the reply can stay tied to your real account state.

Use the site updates feed for public app and status updates, and use the blog RSS feed for editorial posts.

Next step

Still need help?

Use the contact page for account-specific help. Include the email address, audit URL if relevant, and approximate time of the issue.
